Review: Casa di Francesca

Inspired by these rich surroundings, vibrant colors and intoxicating aromas, Casa di Francesca presents a collection of pure signature scents that bring Old World European excellence to your home through an array of Italian diffuser fragrances and hand crafted accessories. Create a perfect oasis with our collection of natural scents formulated with the world’s finest essential oils and escape to far-away lands without ever having to leave the comfort of your own home. Katie Borghese continues in the tradition of her family’s attention to beauty and well-being, while reflecting her passion for Italian culture, art and tradition with Casa di Francesca’s exclusive line of reed diffusers, diffuser refills, scented rosettes, preserved boxwood topiaries, and one-of-a-kind Murano glass.

This Casa di Francesca diffuser captures the unmistakable scents of Honeysuckle and Night Blooming Jasmine coming together in a magnificent fragrance that brings to mind the soft summer days of Southern European gardens. Peaceful, sunny havens where the hungry butterflies and hummingbirds bend with gentle breezes just to drink in the nectar of these two delicate flowers and where evening beckons the warm, rich aromas and flickering fireflies that bring joy to the nighttime skies.

I received the Honeysuckle & Night Blooming Jasmine ($39.50), which is a highly fragrant and sophisticated scent. I received this a few months ago, and it still going strong. I'm a bit surprised that it lasted it this long, because most of the reed diffusers I've bought in the past would last for only a month. The fragrance hasn't faded one bit either. I wish I had a perfume that smells good as this reed diffuser!

Other fragrances that sound scent worthy:
Peony, Deep Lilac and Coconut Cove.

Introducing ONE KINGS LANE

It's where industry insiders and design aficionados know to go. Exclusive to and excelling in all things home—from designer décor and home accessories to entertaining and gifts, One Kings Lane is a curated online shopping sanctuary: the stuff home enthusiasts love at ridiculously affordable prices. Helmed by seasoned design aficionados who comb the market for unique opportunities, One Kings Lane is the first home-oriented private event destination that puts a premium on prized possessions.

Membership costs $0, and the site’s distilled events, open only to members, are events in every sense of the word: through 72-hour, brand- and theme-specific sales (at least two per day, five days a week, each beginning at 8am PST/11 am EST), members have a defined time to access a limited quantity of hand-selected products. It’s in the shopper’s best interest to buy early, as “hot,” popular goods will be sold quickly. Members receive daily email alerts prior to the sales event so that they can capitalize on the “first mover’s advantages” of the site.

We're thrilled to introduce this amazing resource,” says Susan Feldman, co-founder of One Kings Lane. “The brand partners that we’re launching with are truly exceptional. To be able to offer consumers access to such premium designers, and give them ways to stretch their dollar without compromising taste and quality, is a service we’re excited to offer.”

Here’s to a beautiful home!
